An Invitation to Stand With Us: The Perfect Pair

There are moments when something meaningful begins quietly, not with noise or spectacle, but with intention. This is one of those moments. As Infinite Wave Foundation prepares for  The Perfect Pair , happening  June 27, 2026 , we are opening the doors, intentionally and thoughtfully, to those who feel called to stand with us through  sponsorship, in-kind donations, or financial support . This isn’t just about an event, but  about alignment. More Than Sponsorship — It’s Shared Purpose The Perfect Pair is being designed as a gathering where  purpose meets people . Where businesses, community leaders, and individuals come together not to be seen but to  see . To see the impact that happens when resources meet real needs. To see what’s possible when generosity fuels momentum. To see how one aligned decision can ripple far beyond a single evening. We believe the most powerful partnerships are built on shared values, not transactions. That’s why we’re not listing...

March Meals Movement Update

Every Meal Matters Our March 21, 2026 Meals Movement served as a powerful reminder of just how important community nourishment truly is. With the support of our volunteers, Infinite Wave Foundation served 115 individuals in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside with warm meals consisting of chicken, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. Throughout the outreach, the demand for meals was evident. One moment that stayed with our team involved an individual who, realizing meals were running low, quickly finished eating in hopes of receiving another serving. It was a sobering reminder that for many individuals experiencing food insecurity, every meal matters deeply. Moments like these reinforce why this work continues to be so important. Meals Movement is not simply about food distribution. It is about responding to real and immediate needs within our communities while treating every individual with dignity, compassion, and care. We are incredibly grateful to our volunteers who continue to show up...

Partnerships & Collaborations

Building Partnerships with Integrity and Accountability The work being done across communities, nonprofits, and organizations is important. Every group is working toward creating impact in its own way. But when organizations choose to work together with genuine alignment, the potential to expand that impact grows significantly. Collaboration has the power to strengthen communities, increase reach, and create opportunities that may not be possible alone. However, meaningful partnerships require more than shared goals. They require trust, accountability, communication, and mutual respect. At Infinite Wave Foundation, we believe partnerships should be protected and valued. When organizations align, there should be a commitment to holding one another to high standards while supporting each other’s growth responsibly. This is especially important within the charitable sector. Registered charities in Canada operate under strict CRA guidelines and compliance requirements. Maintaining ch...

February Meals Movement Update | February 21, 2026

Compassion Through Every Bowl Served On February 21, 2026, Infinite Wave Foundation returned to Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside for another memorable Meals Movement outreach. With the support of our incredible volunteers, we served 100 individuals warm bowls of homemade chicken potato soup during a day filled with compassion, resilience, and meaningful human connection. Every Meals Movement teaches us something new. This one reminded us that service is deeply human. While there were moments of unpredictability throughout the outreach, there were also moments of laughter, conversation, and connection that stayed with us long after the day ended. Community work is not always easy. It requires patience, adaptability, and heart. Our volunteers demonstrated all three. They showed up ready to serve with compassion, understanding that sometimes the most impactful thing we can offer is simply presence and dignity. At Infinite Wave Foundation, Meals Movement is about more than distributing ...

Meaningful Connections | BEBC Black History Networking Event

The Power of Community and Genuine Connection One of the most powerful things we can do as leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers is create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected. We are incredibly grateful to Jackee Kasandy and the entire BEBC team for the work they continue to do in bringing Black businesses, professionals, and leaders together through meaningful networking opportunities and community building initiatives. Jackee has been an important supporter of Infinite Wave Foundation long before our official inception. Her leadership, encouragement, and commitment to uplifting others has consistently reflected what true servant leadership looks like. In nonprofit and community work, alignment matters. When you find people whose values genuinely reflect service, integrity, and impact, those relationships become invaluable. They remind us that collaboration is not just about business opportunities. It is about building trust, creating access, and strengthe...

Why Infinite Wave Foundation – Charities and Non-Profits Like Ours – Need Your Support

At Infinite Wave Foundation, we are driven by one mission: to uplift at-risk youth and strengthen communities. Like many charities and non-profits, we rely on the generosity of sponsors, donors, and grant partners to make this mission possible. Your support isn’t just helpful — it’s essential. Here’s why: 1. Meeting Huge Needs with Limited Resources Non-profits and Charities face the challenge of doing more with less, even as the need keeps growing. In BC, youth poverty sits at  12.4% , while  1 in 7 children experiences food insecurity . Barriers to education, employment, and mental health care remain high. Infinite Wave Foundation is on the frontlines, but we can’t do it alone. Every sponsorship, donation, and grant helps us expand our reach and deliver real solutions. 2. Powering Programs that Change Lives Every contribution fuels programs that create immediate and lasting impact: Youth Empowerment  – Hands-on training in sustainable farming and entrepreneurship, givin...

January Meals Movement Update

Warm Meals, Warm Hearts in the Downtown Eastside What started as a cold and crisp January day ended with hearts full and bellies warm. On January 24, 2026, Infinite Wave Foundation returned to Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside for another Meals Movement outreach, serving over 90 individuals with homemade chicken noodle soup prepared with care and intention. This Meals Movement was especially meaningful because of the people who came together to serve. Alongside one of our recurring youth volunteers, we were grateful to welcome two new volunteers who travelled from Kamloops to join us. Their willingness to show up, support, and serve reminded us that compassion has no boundaries. Every bowl shared represented more than nourishment. It represented dignity, conversation, and community. In a world that often moves too quickly, taking the time to look someone in the eye, offer a warm meal, and acknowledge their humanity matters deeply. At Infinite Wave Foundation, we believe community car...

Honoring Our Founders And The Bigger Picture

Founding family of Infinite Wave Foundation When we watched the Amway Heroes Awards story about the founding family behind Infinite Wave Foundation, our hearts were full. Not because of recognition or titles, but because the story reflected something much deeper than an award. It reflected purpose. It reflected service. It reflected what happens when ordinary people choose to live for something bigger than themselves. This blog is not meant to repeat what was said in that documentary. It is meant to share perspective. It is written from the heart of those who know the founders closely, who walk beside them, and who continue to build Infinite Wave Foundation with the same spirit that started it all. At its core, Infinite Wave Foundation was never about being seen. It was about seeing others. It was about noticing the gaps that many overlook. It was about asking simple but powerful questions. Who is being missed? Who needs support before they fall through the cracks? And what can we do ...

A New Year, A Rising Wave: Step Into the Future With Infinite Wave Foundation

A new year always arrives with quiet possibility. It invites reflection, on what we’ve overcome, what we’ve learned, and what still calls us forward. As we step into the beginning of this year, we want to pause and speak directly to  you;  the dreamer, the doer, the protector, the builder, the legacy-maker. Because Infinite Wave Foundation isn’t just entering a new year. We are entering a  new chapter of impact . Prosperity Is More Than Wealth, It’s Purpose When we wish you a  prosperous  new year, we don’t mean only financial abundance (though we believe in that too). We mean: Prosperity of  hope  where it’s been missing Prosperity of  opportunity  where doors were once closed Prosperity of  community  where people felt alone At Infinite Wave Foundation (IWF), prosperity looks like youth gaining confidence and financial literacy. It looks like families being fed with dignity. It looks like children waking up on Christmas morn...

As 2026 Approaches: A Message of Hope, Intention & New Beginnings

As we stand just days away from a brand new year, we want to share a message from the heart, a reminder that  your story is still being written , and you hold more power than you think. 2025 may have been a beautiful year for some, and a difficult one for others. Or, like many, it may have been a mix of both. No matter what this year looked like for you, 2026 offers a fresh page, one that you have the ability to shape with intention, courage, and clarity. At Infinite Wave Foundation, we’ve seen firsthand what can happen in a single year: Youth transformed by confidence and financial empowerment Thousands of meals served to individuals who simply needed warmth and dignity Leaders and community members rising up to create change Struggles turned into solutions, and obstacles turned into opportunities These stories exist not because everything was easy, but because people chose to take one step forward at a time. As you prepare for 2026, we invite you to reflect on a few gentle ...

This Holiday Season, Let’s Lead With Kindness, Gratitude & Compassion

As we approach the holidays, we’re reminded that this season looks different for everyone. For some, it’s filled with family gatherings, warm meals, and celebration. For others, it’s a time of quiet reflection, financial pressure, loneliness, or simply trying to make it through another day. At Infinite Wave Foundation, we hold space for  all  of these experiences. We acknowledge the families who are struggling. We acknowledge the individuals who may not have a warm place to go. We acknowledge the youth who are carrying more than they should. And we acknowledge those who give, show up, volunteer, or offer kindness even when no one sees it. The heart of this season isn’t found in gifts or decorations, it’s found in  kindness, empathy, and gratitude . This year has shown us that small acts of care can transform lives: A warm meal offered with dignity A youth gaining confidence through financial literacy A family finding community support during a difficult moment A don...

Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Impact, Growth & Grace

As we approach the end of the year, we’ve taken time to reflect on the journey Infinite Wave Foundation traveled in 2025, and it has been nothing short of extraordinary. This year stretched us, strengthened us, and expanded our understanding of what is possible when a community comes together with purpose. From serving thousands of meals and empowering youth with financial literacy, to welcoming new directors who bring depth and expertise to our governance and leadership, to receiving major recognition from organizations far beyond our borders, 2025 was a year filled with powerful waves of progress. But behind every milestone was something deeper: the heart and resilience of our volunteers, donors, supporters, and community collaborators. Many believed in us before we had titles, awards, or national visibility. Many stood by us through uncertainty, challenges, and growth. And many continue to support us because they see the long-term vision of creating stronger, more resilient com...

Giving Tuesday Is Almost Here — Join the Wave Starting Dec 2

Giving Tuesday is just around the corner and this year, Infinite Wave Foundation is excited to participate through  CanadaHelps  and  Zeffy   ( our main donation platform) , starting next Tuesday, December 2, 2025. This global movement is more than a day of generosity—it’s a reminder that small acts of kindness can create waves of transformation. For IWF, every contribution directly fuels programs that continue to shift lives and uplift communities. Your support on Giving Tuesday helps create: Youth who understand money, build confidence, and see new possibilities for their future Warm, nourishing meals for vulnerable individuals   in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside Safe spaces for families   to receive support, community connection, and hope A growing movement   that empowers future leaders and uplifts underserved communities But beyond the impact, Giving Tuesday strengthens the heart of IWF. People coming together for something bigger than them...

A Trip to Remember: Something Big Is Coming

There are moments in life that leave you humbled beyond words. Our recent trip was one of them. Imagine a  billion-dollar company  taking notice of Infinite Wave Foundation. What we do, who we serve, and the future we’re building. Imagine them choosing  us  for a special recognition. That is exactly what happened. While we can’t reveal the full details yet, what we can say is this: it was an honour we will never forget. And yet, even with this recognition, we feel something deeper—gratitude. Gratitude for the people and communities who believe in IWF. Gratitude for the supporters who’ve been with us since day one. Gratitude for the youth, families, and vulnerable individuals who trust us to show up. We’ve only scratched the surface of IWF’s vision. The best is still ahead… and we can’t wait to share more soon.

Another Incredible Honour: Sharing IWF’s Story with Entrepreneurs

This month, we were again humbled to be invited, this time to speak in front of a room full of entrepreneurs eager to learn, build, and make a difference. Sharing the heart and mission behind Infinite Wave Foundation is one of the greatest privileges we have. Each time we speak, we are reminded that people don’t just resonate with  what  we do—they connect with  why  we do it. Our story exists because of real humans who believed in us, supported us, and walked with us. And every time we share it, the wave grows stronger. Thank you to the organizers and attendees for welcoming us and amplifying the impact we’re striving to create.

Humbled & Honoured: Speaking on Entrepreneurship + A Special Update

This week, our President and Vice President were honoured to be invited as panel speakers for Afro Van Connect Society’s entrepreneurship event, hosting an inspiring space dedicated to emerging and aspiring entrepreneurs.  Sharing the entrepreneurial journey with a room full of dreamers and builders reminded us of why we started: to create impact, opportunity, and pathways for leaders who want to change their communities. You just had to be there.  Connecting with other like-minded entrepreneurs, holding a safe space for everyone to share their truth, experience, knowledge and wisdom, it not only encouraged the emerging and aspiring entrepreneurs, but it also uplifted the community as a whole and give us confirmation that we need to do more of these. We are truly grateful for Kor, at Afro Van Connect Society, for creating the environment for connection, collaboration and community. We're looking forward to contributing more in the community at future events. As we write ...

Meals Movement: A Thanksgiving Meal That Disappeared in Minutes

On October 16th, we hosted a special Thanksgiving-themed Meals Movement, and it was one of our most heartfelt yet. As soon as word spread that we were serving  baked chicken with mashed potatoes , the line began forming quickly. Within minutes, every plate was gone. We served some of the most vulnerable individuals from Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, offering not only food but a moment of connection, dignity, and warmth. Thanksgiving is a reminder of gratitude, and this meal reminded  us  of why we do this work. Every smile, every “thank you,” every moment of being seen matters. As we continue showing up for our community, we are grateful for every volunteer, donor, and supporter who makes the Meals Movement possible. Your kindness keeps the wave moving. Join us for the next Meals Movement, Saturday, November 22, 2025

Welcoming Two Strategic Leaders to the IWF Family

This month marks a powerful shift in the future of Infinite Wave Foundation as we welcome two exceptional leaders to our Board. First, we are thrilled to share the appointment of  Abbey , previously a  Director of Projects, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Project Manager. Holding an MBA and PMP designation, he has developed expertise in strategic planning, financial management, policy development, human resources, and procurement, while successfully leading business cases and cost-benefit analyses to align strategy with organizational needs.   Abbey started off as a pro-bono facilitator of IWF's Cultivate Our Youth's Summer 2025 Financial Literacy Program, who now joins IWF as the   Director of Strategic Finance & Impact Investments . Abbey brings a strong financial lens, a passion for humanitarian work, and a heart that aligns seamlessly with our mission. Her expertise will help us strengthen our long-term sustainability and expand our impact with int...

Building Waves of Change: How Infinite Wave Foundation Empowers Communities

At Infinite Wave Foundation, we believe that one act of kindness creates a ripple — and those ripples can grow into waves that transform lives. Our mission is simple but powerful: to empower communities through education, leadership, and opportunities that create lasting impact. We exist because too many people are left behind when it comes to access — access to financial literacy, mentorship, resources, and real chances to thrive. Infinite Wave Foundation was built to close those gaps. Every program we run is designed to lift people up, not just for today, but for their future. Behind our work are real people, each with their own story. One of them is Abbey, who first connected with IWF as a volunteer facilitator. At first, he was unsure if he could teach youth about financial literacy — he’d never taught before. But once he stepped into the room, he saw how hungry these young leaders were for knowledge and encouragement. Today, Abbey is not only one of our strongest champions bu...

Our First AGM as a Registered Charity: A Milestone to Remember

This week, on Wednesday, September 10th, we held our very first Annual General Meeting (AGM) as an officially registered charity and what a powerful reflection it was. As we looked back on the year, one message repeated itself: our community is the heartbeat of Infinite Wave Foundation. In just over a year as a charity, together we have: Served 2,000+ meals through our Meals Movement Welcomed 20+ Volunteers to assist on making an impact Seen 100% of youth complete our 2025 Summer Financial Literacy Program Welcomed 30+ donors who believed in our vision before the world knew our name These numbers carry stories: of a young person gaining the confidence to open their first savings account; of a parent expressing relief that their child feels seen and supported; of vulnerable neighbours fed with dignity and warmth; of a community with heart, leaving with the feeling of fulfilment from servitude. Our AGM reminded us that the “wave” we speak of is real. It’s growing. And every person w...

Celebrating 2 Years of Infinite Wave Foundation: A New Chapter of Gratitude and Growth

On August 19th, Infinite Wave Foundation marked an incredible milestone — our  2nd anniversary  and our  first fiscal year-end  as a nonprofit . This moment is more than just a date on the calendar; it represents growth, transformation, and the unwavering support of our community. From the very beginning, our vision was clear: to create programs that empower youth, support families, and strengthen communities across British Columbia and Canada. Over the past two years, we’ve done exactly that — building initiatives like  Youth Empowerment, Meals Movement  that have touched lives in meaningful ways. None of this would have been possible without the generosity of our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and the heart of our dedicated team. Now it's time to expand our  Youth Empowerment, Meals Movement  and start   Farm to Families, Wellness Warriors and many more other programs. A Team That Chose to Believe This year, we welcomed an incredible g...

Two Years of Ripples: How Infinite Wave Foundation is Rising and Lifting Others

On August 19, 2023, Infinite Wave Foundation began with nothing more than a vision, a fierce determination, and an unshakable belief in the ripple effect — that one act of care can create waves of change that reach far beyond what we see. Two years later, as we stand on this anniversary, we look back with awe. Not because our journey has been easy — it hasn’t. We have walked through challenges, setbacks, and the uncertainty of building something from scratch without guidance or a safety net. But every obstacle has been met with grit, faith, and an unwavering commitment to serve. In just twenty-four months, we’ve… Expanded our  Meals Movement , serving nearly 2,000 meals to those in need. Achieved  charitable status  — a milestone that many nonprofits wait years for. We are often asked, “How did you do it so quickly?” The truth? Sheer persistence, divine timing, and a community that believes in us. Secured our first grant, transforming funding into a project that wi...
