Compassion Through Every Bowl Served
On February 21, 2026, Infinite Wave Foundation returned to Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside for another memorable Meals Movement outreach.
With the support of our incredible volunteers, we served 100 individuals warm bowls of homemade chicken potato soup during a day filled with compassion, resilience, and meaningful human connection.
Every Meals Movement teaches us something new. This one reminded us that service is deeply human. While there were moments of unpredictability throughout the outreach, there were also moments of laughter, conversation, and connection that stayed with us long after the day ended.
Community work is not always easy. It requires patience, adaptability, and heart. Our volunteers demonstrated all three. They showed up ready to serve with compassion, understanding that sometimes the most impactful thing we can offer is simply presence and dignity.
At Infinite Wave Foundation, Meals Movement is about more than distributing food. It is about creating moments where people feel acknowledged, respected, and cared for.
To everyone who continues to support this initiative through volunteering, donations, and encouragement, thank you. Your support allows us to continue showing up for our community month after month.
