We’re thrilled to share exciting news: Infinite Wave Foundation’s Meals Movement has officially expanded to Kamloops!
This marks the very first time our Meals Movement is being launched outside of our Okanagan roots, and it couldn’t be happening in a more meaningful way. Leading the charge is our very own Marketing Director, Shaun Brittnum, whose passion for community and dedication to our mission made this expansion possible.
A Birthday with Purpose
On September 6, 2025, Shaun isn’t just celebrating his birthday — he’s celebrating by giving back. The inaugural Meals Movement in Kamloops will be held on his special day, transforming what could have been a personal celebration into a community-driven act of generosity. What better way to mark the beginning of this new chapter than with a gift of service to others?
Shaun’s leadership and initiative embody what Infinite Wave Foundation stands for: compassion, action, and creating ripple effects of positive change. By taking this step, he has set the stage for many more chapters of Meals Movement in Kamloops and beyond.
Why the Meals Movement Matters
The Meals Movement was created to address food insecurity by partnering with local farmers, sourcing fresh produce, and delivering nutritious meals to families and individuals in need. With 1 in 7 children in BC experiencing food insecurity, the expansion of this program into Kamloops is both timely and essential.
Every meal shared is more than nourishment — it’s a reminder that no one is alone, and communities are strongest when they come together to support one another.
Gratitude and Excitement for the Future
We are deeply grateful to Shaun for spearheading this initiative in Kamloops and for choosing such a meaningful way to mark his birthday. His example reminds us all that when we align our celebrations with service, the impact extends far beyond ourselves.
This first Kamloops Meals Movement is only the beginning. With Shaun’s leadership and the support of our community, we look forward to seeing this program grow and touch countless lives in the region.
→ Stay tuned for stories and photos from the September 6th launch — it’s going to be a milestone to remember!
From all of us at Infinite Wave Foundation, thank you Shaun — and happy birthday! 🎉
